Normally, when one applies for a job, there is a job interview–should one make it that far during the process–though on occasion–and this is one them–the interview takes place in a less formal manner — via auditioning for the actual job that you would be performing. That said, this is still not your normal interview/audition, because this is the Ameena Green audition, and Ameena is applying for the sort of job that requires one to get stark naked and jerk off your prospective employer, so there’s that.
